Air India adds more flights between India and Canada under ‘ air transport bubble’

Indian national carrier,Air India on Friday Announced that they will operate additional flights between India and Canada from 25th October 2020 to 27 th March 2021.

Booking for these flights has started and according to the Air India, tickets may be purchased through Air India Website, Booking Offices & Authorized Travel Agents.

Earlier, the External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Anurag Srivastava informed that Phase 7 of VBM has been operationalised and 820 international flights have been scheduled from 19 countries to be operated under Phase 7 during the course of this month.

These include mainly flights from among the 16 countries with which India has a bilateral air bubble agreement in place. These flights will reach 24 airports across India, repatriating an estimated 1.5 lakh people,” he added.

Eariler, the Airline had announced the  schedule of Canada flights under the Vande Bharat Mission Phase 7.
