Air India Resumes Flights to Germany

Indian national carrier Air india on Friday announced the resumption of German flights which was stopped due to a dispute  between India and Germany over air bubble agreement. Now in a tweet, Air India has announced that they will operate additional flights between Delhi, India, and Frankfurt, Germany.

Earlier, in response to the German government’s move which refused Air India’s proposed October schedule, India had suspended Air Inda’s flights to Germany until October 14th.

German national carrier Lufthansa airlines had also announced that it would not be operating any flights between India and Germany scheduled from September 30th till October 20th as the disagreements with India deepens.

Now,the announcement of Air India further implies that the new agreement reached between the two countries has been extended till March 28, 2021.
