Air therapy for better health


Fresh air and unhindered breathing is imperative to good health.  Naturopathy claims that air therapy can effectively enhance the defense mechanism and thereby promote good health. Air bath is one of the best among the various techniques in air therapy and is believed to have soothing and tonic effect on the nerve endings all over the surface of the body.

It is also found to be effective in cases of nervousness, neurasthenia, rheumatism, skin diseases, mental issues and various other chronic disorders. An air bath of 20 minutes or longer is recommended for everyone in order to clean up the body from the various particles accumulated on the surface of the body.

Air Therapy also recommends a daily walk wearing light clothes in clean surroundings where adequate fresh air is available.
