As Vande Bharat Mission to repatriate stranded Indians abroad is under way, a quite lot of complaints have been coming up from the passenger side regarding the glitches that happens while booking tickets.
The complaints have been mainly regarding the loss of money as the customers said that although their money had been credited from their account, they had not been receiving the ticket via email.
It happens mainly because of the heavy traffic as almost all the tickets are being sold out in no time as soon as the booking opens.
However, Air India has made the grievance redressal mechanisms via twitter to address the issue.
