Water constitutes a major part of both human body and also of nature. Being one of the essential elements of the Universe, water has quite a lot of properties which are both curative and restorative in nature.

Moreover, water being a universal solvent, its use internally, in the form of enema or colonic irrigation or drinking is believed to aid greatly in the elimination of uric acid, urea, salts, excessive sugar, and many other blood and food chemicals that are waste products.
