Prime Minister exalts Yoga on the National Yoga Day
In the message given by the Prime Minister as part of the National Yoga Day on June 23, he exhorts the country to make yoga, an integral part of the routine life and to do the same along with the family. The Prime Minister also calls Yoga as the passport to fitness and wellness. He also explained that it was not just an exercise but also a path to finding oneself.
According to the Prime Minister, Yoga is a journey from ‘I’ to ‘We’ and it also provides the mental happiness that cannot be bought with money or achievements. Yoga is also beneficial for internal as well as external healing and is an effective solution to work pressure and all other kinds of stress.
Yoga can also make family bonds stronger when practiced together.
